UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Heard Mr. Ravindra Keshavrao Adsure, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
The counsel refers to the contents of the FIR and the victims injury report from the Doctors evidence (PW-13) to point out that although four persons from one family have been convicted, the fatal injury by the knife cannot be attributed to Bansi Kisan Lagad (Petitioner No. 2), Kisan Ganpat Lagad (Petitioner No. 3) and Aashabai Bansi Lagad (Petitioner No. 4). The role attributed to
the said three petitioners is causing simple injury, to the injured eye-witnesses.
Having considered the above submission and the materials on record, the Special Leave Petition filed by the first petitioner Satish Bansi Lagad stands dismissed.

However, notice on the Special Leave Petition and also on the bail prayer, in respect of Bansi Kisan Lagad (Petitioner No. 2), Kisan Ganpat Lagad (Petitioner No. 3) and Aashabai Bansi Lagad (Petitioner No. 4) is issued, returnable on 15.04.2024.
The Registry to amend the cause title accordingly.
