UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
This is a petition seeking bail.
Mr. Aaditya Aniruddha Pande, learned counsel appearing for the respondent vehemently opposed the petition.
Taking into consideration the fact that the case rests wholly on circumstantial evidence and further that the charge-sheet has already been filed, as such there is no possibility of influencing the witnesses or tampering with the evidence, we are inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with FIR No.I-376 dated 24.09.2021 registered with Police Station Shahpur, District Thane Rural, on such terms and conditions as deemed fit by the Trial Court.
The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
