Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Special Leave Petition.
Taking the statement on record, the Special Leave Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It will be open to the petitioner to file a fresh application for bail in case of change in circumstances or the trial gets prolonged due to reasons not attributable to the petitioner/co- 2 accused. If any such application is filed, the same would be considered in accordance with law. We clarify that we have not made observations on the merits of the case.
