We have heard learned counsel for the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances, we are of the considered opinion that the appellant is entitled to be enlarged on bail.The appellant is, accordingly, directed to be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed fit and proper by the trial Court.IA No. 16095/2022 for grant of bail is allowed,accordingly. IA No. 16097/2022 stands disposed of.Let the appeal be listed in due course.
