1 The petitioner has been denied anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No 0366 of 2020 registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Datia, Madhya Pradesh for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code 1860.
2 The Court, while issuing notice on 30 September 2022, has protected the petitioner from arrest in connection with the above FIR.
3 The contention of the petitioner is that she was barely six years old on the dateof the original transaction.
4 Having due regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, we directed thatin the event of the arrest of the petitioner, she shall be released on bail subject to such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the trial court. However, the petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation and attend to the office of theinvestigating officer whenever called upon to do so.
5 The Special Leave Petition is accordingly disposed of.
6 Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
