UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner states that the applicant is willing to deposit the entire amount of compensation of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees eight lakhs) as ordered by the trial Court within one week from today.
Hence, the applicant is exempted from surrendering till the first date of hearing of the Special Leave Petition, subject to the applicant’s depositing Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees eight lakhs) within one week from today before the concerned trial Court, failing which non-bailable warrant of arrest be issued by the trial Court.
