UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
2The petitioner is aggrieved by the dismissal of an anticipatory bail application and therefore, has approached this Court. On the first date of hearing i.e. on 27.09.2018, this Court had granted her interim protection of stay of arrest. The petitioner is accused of having committed offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 120B IPC. Furthermore, her name was not mentioned in the First Information Report(initially).
Having regard to the circumstances, especially that the Court had initially granted her interim protection, we are of the opinion that such interim protection should be confirmed. It is directed accordingly. The impugned order is set aside.
The petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail subject to such terms as the trial Court may deem appropriate in the circumstances.
The Special Leave Petition is allowed in above terms.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
