O R D E R
We have learned counsel for the parties.
It is undisputed fact that investigation is complete and the charge sheet has been filed and no custodial interrogation is required to be done from the petitioner.
Further, the disputed amount involved in this case is Rs.4.5 Lakhs.
Considering the facts, we direct that subject to the petitioner depositing a sum of Rs.4.5 Lakhs with the Investigating Officer within a period of two weeks from today, he shall be entitled for grant of anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest shall be released forthwith subject to such terms and conditions which the trial Court/Arresting Officer may deem fit to impose.
