UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
The petitioner, by way of present special leave petition, has preferred a prayer for anticipatory bail.
Learned counsel for the respondent-State has vehemently opposed this prayer.

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has been granted interim protection by this Court on 20.05.2022, that is almost 8 months and that there is no allegation that he did not cooperate with the investigation, we are inclined to confirm the interim protection granted by this Court on 20.05.2022.
In the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail in connection with FIR No. 931 of 2021 registered at Police Station Beta-II, Greater Noida, District Gautambudh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, subject to his executing bail bonds for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five only) with two sureties in the like amount.
The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
