UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
The petitioner, by way of present special leave petitions, has preferred a prayer for anticipatory bail.
2 Ms. Rajeshwari Shankar, learned counsel for the
respondent-State has vehemently opposed this prayer.
Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner(s) has been granted interim protection by this Court on 01.07.2020, that is almost 2 (Two) year and 7 (Seven) months and there is no allegation that she did not cooperate with the investigation, we are inclined to confirm the interim protection granted by this Court on 01.07.2020.
In the event of arrest, the petitioner(s) is directed to be released on bail in connection with Crime No. 112 of 2019 registered at Police Station Rajarajeshwari Nagara, Bengaluru, subject to her executing bail bonds for a sum of Rs.25,000/-
(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.
The special leave petitions are, accordingly, disposed of.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
