UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following
O R D E R
Permission to file special leave petition is granted. We are not inclined to entertain the present petition which is directed against the order, re-listing the bail application in the 4 th week of April 2023.
Recording the aforesaid, the special leave petition is dismissed. However, we clarify that the dismissal of the present petition would not come in the way of the petitioner filing an application for parole. If any application for parole is filed, the same would be considered and decided its own merits.
