IA No. 191002/2022 – GRANT OF BAIL
Heard learned counsel for parties.
The applicants/appellants have spent different times in custody ranging from about 8 years and 3 months to 7 years and 11 months. The conviction is based on the testimony of one of the injured eye- witnesses. However, three other eye-witnesses haveturned hostile, including, the wife of the injured eye- witness.
2 In view of the period undergone and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, we grant bail to the applicants/appellants on terms and conditions to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
Application stands disposed of accordingly.
