UPON hearing the counsel the court made the following
O R D E R
2 Vide order dated 19.05.2022, while issuing notice, this Court granted interim protection to the petitioner and directed his release on bail, subject to the satisfaction of the arresting officer.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the order dated 19.05.2022 is made absolute. However, the petitioner is directed to co-operate in the pending investigation.
The special leave petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
