UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
IA No. 142330/2022 in Crl.A. No. 987/2018
2 Taking into consideration the fact that the co-accused has already been released on bail and the appellant has been incarcerated for a period of more than 12 (twelve) years, we are inclined to allow this application.
During the pendency of the appeal, the appellant is directed to be released on bail in connection with S.C. No. 159 of 2003 and on such terms and conditions as may be deemed fit and appropriate by the learned Trial Judge.
The application is disposed of accordingly.
