UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
This is a petition seeking bail.
1The petition is vehemently opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent/State. However, taking into consideration the fact that the High Court itself has granted bail to two other accused, whose role is almost similar to the role attributed to the present petitioner, we are inclined to grant bail.
The petitioner is, therefore, directed to be released on bail in connection with FIR No.732 dated 26.04.2022, registered with Police Station Baruipur, Dist South 24 Pgs, Sub Div. Baruipur, to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of.Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
