UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and on carefully perusing the material placed on record, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order of bail dated 01.11.2022, passed by the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, at this stage.
2. It goes without saying that in case respondent No.2 or any other accused, who has been enlarged on bail, is found misusing the concession of bail granted by the High Court, the petitioner 2 has an effective alternative remedy to approach the appropriate Court under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. for cancellation of bail.
3. With the aforesaid liberty, the Special Leave Petition stands disposed of.
4. As a result, pending interlocutory applications also stand disposed of.
