UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

2 On hearing learned counsel for the parties on issue of interim bail, in view of the diagnosis required for the daughter of the petitioner, we grant one months interim bail to the petitioner from the date of release, for the time being.
Since the treatment is to be undertaken in Delhi NCR, Gurgaon and Mumbai, the petitioner will not visit JHarkhand, except for hearing.
Learned counsel for the respondent seeks three weeks time to file counter affidavit. Permission granted.
