1 The petitioner has been denied bail by the High Court.
2 The Special Leave Petition was dismissed by an order dated 30 September 2022.
3 As a result of the dismissal of the Special Leave Petition, the order stands affirmed on merits.
4 Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he had circulated a letter, as a result of which he was unable to remain present.
5 The Miscellaneous Application is allowed.
6 The Special Leave Petition is restored to its original file.

1 Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the Special Leave Petition so as to enable the petitioner to apply for bail before the trial court at an appropriate stage.
