Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Though learned counsel for the respondent points out that the the petitioner has hardly undergone one month of sentence after he has been convicted, keeping in view the facts and circumstances
1 SLP (Crl.)No. 8311/2022 & connected matter of the case and also taking note that the appeal pending before the High Court would not be considered in the near future, we deem it appropriate to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner till the disposal of the appeal and direct release of the petitioner on bail subject to the conditions to be imposed by the trial court before which he shall be produced forthwith.
The special leave petitions are disposed of.
Pending application(s) shall also stand disposed of.
