2 UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
ITEM 6- SLP(Crl) No. 5343/2021
Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we are of the considered opinion that the petitioner is entitled to be enlarged on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, we direct the petitioner to be released on anticipatory bail on such terms and conditions as may be deemed fit and appropriate by the learned Trial Court in the facts and circumstances of the case.
The Special Leave Petition stands disposed of. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
ITEM 6.1- SLP(Crl) No. 5677-5680/2021
We have heard learned counsel for the parties. It is undisputed fact that further investigation was directed by the High Court which is still pending. In these circumstances, we direct the investigating officer to complete the investigation in accordance with law without being influenced by any of the observations made by the High Court in this regard and submit a police report accordingly.
All remedies available to the petitioner after submission of the supplementary charge-sheet, if any, by the police, are left open. The Special Leave Petitions stand disposed of.
Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
