O R D E R
Application seeking permission to file additional
documents/facts/annexures is allowed.
The petitioner and respondent No.2 are present in Court. There seems to be quite a diversion on the wealth of the petitioner as according to the respondent No.2 at the time of matrimony what was disclosed including as part of the bio-data would show a wealthy man. Now it appears that most of his wealth is stated not to be owned by the petitioner. In order to look into the matter further, let the petitioner and respondent No. 2 file list of their assets (movable and immovable) along with the income tax returns for the last three years. A copy of the passports be filed by the parties clearly showing their foreign travels over the last three years. Four weeks time is granted for the said purpose. Respondent No.2 can verify the different aspects of these assets in the meantime and will file likewise. List after six weeks.
The parties to either remain present in the Court or connect
