UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and having perused the material placed on record, we do not find any reason to entertain this petition under Article 136 of the Constitution of India.
The petition seeking special leave to appeal is, accordingly, dismissed. However, we leave it open for the petitioner in surrendering before the Trial Court and applying for regular bail within a week from today. When the petitioner moves such an application, the same may be considered expeditiously by the Trial Court.
All pending applications stand disposed of.
