Having heard the learned ASG as also the learned counsel for the respondent, we take note that the High Court while suspending sentence and releasing the respondent on bail, has done so in the facts and circumstances of the instant case and as such, we see no reason to interfere. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek for early hearing of the appeal pending before the High Court.Petition is accordingly, disposed of.
