UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the petition papers.
Learned counsel for the Respondent no doubt vehemently objected continuation of the benefit granted by this Court and grant of anticipatory bail.
However we note that when this Court directed notice on 04.12.2019 had taken into consideration all aspects of the matter and directed interim protection against arrest of the Petitioner.
At this stage, we see no reason to modify or alter the order.

Accordingly, the order dated 04.12.2019 shall enure to the benefit of the Petitioner subject to the Petitioner diligently participating in the investigation/trial and complying with the requirements under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Pending application(s)shall also stand disposed of.
