1 On mentioning, the matter is taken on Board in view of the urgency.
2 Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the copy of the impugned judgment dated 3 January 2023 has not yet been uploaded.
3 On 2 December 2022, the petitioner was released on temporary bail for a period of one month on the ground that he is suffering from cancer which is at an advanced stage. Moreover, the High Court was apprised that the petitioner is over 88 years old.
4 In this view of the matter, list the Special Leave Petition on 6 January 2023.
5 Till 5 pm on 6 January 2023, the interim order of the High Court dated 2 December 2022 granting temporary bail to the petitioner shall stand extended on the same terms and conditions.
