UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials placed on record.
2 Though the learned counsel appearing for the respondent- State would vehemently oppose the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, keeping in view the fact that this court at the first instance has granted interim protection to the petitioner on 25.02.2022 and the petitioner has thereafter participated in the investigation and the charge sheet has also been filed, we feel that any custodial interrogation is not necessary at this stage.
In that view, the Order dated 25.02.2022 is made absolute. The benefit of the anticipatory bail would enure to the benefit of the petitioner till the completion of the trial subject to complying with the requirement of Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
Accordingly, the Special Leave Petition is disposed of.
Pending applications, if any, are disposed of.
