UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials placed on record.
This Court while issuing notice on 27th August,
1 2021, passed the following order:
“Issue notice.
Interim protection granted by the District Judge- 2 & Additional Sessions Judge, Raigad Alibag vide its order dated 03.08.2018 and continued by High Court vide its order dated 01.08.2019 and further extended for four weeks by the High court vide its impugned order dated 11.08.2021, shall continue until further orders of this Court”
Having regard to the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, in the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the Order dated 27 th August, 2021, we direct that in the event of arrest of the petitioners in connection with CR No.11/2015 registered with Taloja Police Station, District Raigad, Maharashtra, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Trial Court.
The Special Leave Petition is accordingly disposed of.
Pending applications also stand disposed of.
