UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

Learned counsel for the petitioners states
that the subsequent development has been that the
plea for remission stands rejected and thus that will
have to be assailed. We are also of the view that
the appropriate course of action would be to assail
that order before the competent High Court.
The writ petition is dismissed with the
aforesaid liberty.
