1. Leave granted.
2. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties and considering the fact that other similarly situated accused are granted anticipatory bail by the High Court and even in cases where some onerous conditions of deposit of the salary imposed have been set aside by this Court, we are of the opinion that the appellant shall also be entitled to the benefit of anticipatory bail.
3. In view of the above, the present Appeal is allowed.The impugned judgment and order passed by the High Court is hereby quashed and set aside. In case of arrest of the appellant in connection with the FIR in question, the appellant be released on bail on the terms and conditions, which may be determined by the learned trial Court.
