O R D E R
After having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, we are of the considered opinion that the petitioner is entitled to 1 be granted anticipatory bail. We order accordingly.
In case the petitioner is arrested, she shall be released forthwith on such terms and conditions as may be deemed fit and appropriate by the learned Trial Court in the facts and circumstances of the case.
Accordingly, the special leave petition stands disposed of.
