UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
The petitioners, by way of present special leave petition, have preferred a prayer for anticipatory bail. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners have been granted interim protection by this Court on 15.03.2022, that is almost 10 months and that there is no allegation that they did not cooperate with the investigation,
2 we are inclined to confirm the interim protection granted by this Court on 15.03.2022.
In the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on bail in connection with FIR No. 119 of 2020 registered at Police Station Mufassil, District Katihar, Sub-Divsion- Sadar, Bihar, subject to them executing bail bonds for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties in the like amount.
The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
