UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
This is a petition seeking anticipatory bail.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/State vehemently opposes the petition.
1Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has been granted interim protection by this Court on 14.10.2022, we are inclined to grant the relief. Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with FIR No.395/2021 dated 07.07.2021 registered with P.S. Alamganj, Distt. Patna, Bihar, subject to his executing bail bonds for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with one or two sureties in the like amount. However, the petitioner shall attend Investigating Officer as and when called upon to do so and cooperate with the investigation.
The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
