UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Issue notice, returnable within four weeks.
In addition to normal mode of service, liberty is granted to serve the Standing Counsel for the State of Bihar. By way of an ad-interim order, it is directed that the petitioners be released on bail in connection with FIR No.90/2021, P.S. Bikramganj, Rohtas, in the event of arrest,2 subject to them executing bail bonds for a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.
However, it is further directed that the petitioners shall cooperate with the investigation and report to the Investigating Officer, as and when called upon to do so.
