O R D E R
We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment passed by the High Court. However, petitioner is permitted to apply for regular bail before the trial court within two weeks. If such an application is filed, the trial court is directed to consider the same expeditiously.
2 Interim protection granted to the petitioner by this court vide order dated 29.10.2021 is extended for a period of two weeks from today.
The Special Leave Petition is disposed of accordingly.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
