We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for the State of Uttar Pradesh.

Considering the fact that the criminal appeal filed by the petitioner is of 2013 and will take a long time in disposal and the fact that he has already undergone incarceration for a period of 14 years, in our considered opinion, the petitioner is entitled to be released on bail. We order accordingly.
Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be deemed fit and appropriate by the learned Trial Court in the facts and circumstances of the case.
The Special Leave Petition stands disposed of.
Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
