Issue notice, returnable within four weeks. In addition to normal mode of service, liberty is granted to 2 serve the Standing Counsel for the State of Jharkhand.
By way of ad-interim order, in the event of arrest, it is directed that the petitioners be released on bail in connection with Case No. 18 of 2022 registered Police Station Ichagarh, Jharkhand, subject to them executing bail bonds for a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.
