O R D E R
IA No. 17453/2023 – GRANT OF BAIL
Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has been incarcerated for a period of more than seven and a half years, we are inclined to allow this application.
During the pendency of the appeal, the applicant/appellant is directed to be released on bail in connection with FIR No. 154/2015 registered at Police Station Ghumarwin, District Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh and on such terms and conditions as may be deemed fit and appropriate by the learned Trial Judge.
