O R D E R
The petitioners have paid first instalment to respondent- S. Senthil (complainant).
2 Issue notice returnable in four weeks. S. Senthil, who is stated to be complainant and is
present in court, accept notice. An affidavit in support of the Settlement arrived at by way of Memo of Understanding dated 27 th December, 2022 may be filed within two weeks.
Meanwhile, the Petitioner No.2 is directed to be released on bail subject to his furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Magistrate.
