O R D E R
We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment and order passed by the High Court. This special leave petition is dismissed accordingly.
However, the order dated 08.04.2021 is clearly indicates that the petitioner would be entitled for anticipatory bail only in the event if he complies with the condition(s) imposed by the High Court.
Needless to state that if the petitioner does not abide by the condition(s) so imposed, the petitioner would not be entitled to avail the benefit of the said order.
