UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Though in a normal circumstance, it would have been appropriate to direct notice to the respondents and consider the in detail, we note that the Revision Petition filed by the petitioners is pending before the High Court.
In that circumstance, when the interim order which was granted by the High Court has been deemed to have been automatically vacated and thereafter the non-bailable warrants has been issued and proceedings under Section 82 of Cr.P.C. has been initiated by the trial court, it is for the petitioners to move revision petition for appropriate orders.
In that view we direct that the trial court shall not precipitate the matter till the High Court consider the revision petition which has been filed by the petitioners or appropriate interim orders are passed therein.
We request the High Court to expedite consideration of the revision petition.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
Pending application(s) shall stand disposed of.
