1UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Heard learned senior counsel/learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials placed on record. This Court while issuing notice on 29th January, 2021, passed the following order:
“Ms. Indira Jaising, learned senior counsel seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the SLP in so far as Petitioner No.1 is concerned as he has already been arrested.
Issue notice. There shall be stay of arrest of the other petitioners, in the meanwhile. Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to implead the complainant.” Having regard to the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, in the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the Order dated 29 th January, 2021, we direct that in the event of arrest of the petitioners in connection with FIR No.329/2020 registered at MIDC Police Station, District Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Trial Court.
The Special Leave Petition is accordingly disposed of.
Pending applications also stand disposed of.
