UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Heard the learned senior counsel for the parties and perused the petition papers including the counter statement filed on behalf of the respondent. Learned senior counsel for the respondent brings to our notice that the trial is in progress and therefore, the consideration, at this stage for grant of bail, may not be necessary. However, considering the fact that the material witnesses have already been examined, and the petitioner has already undergone actual custody of four and a half years, we deem it appropriate to grant bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to appropriate conditions being imposed by the
Trial Court.
Petition is accordingly, disposed of.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
