Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment. We, however, clarify that it will be open to the petitioners to surrender and file an application for regular bail. If any such application is filed, the same would be considered in accordance with law and decided expeditiously without being influenced by the 1 observations made in the impugned judgment or dismissal of the special leave petition.
Recording the aforesaid, the special leave petition is dismissed.
