O R D E R
We have heard Mr. Siddharth Aggarwal, learned Senior Advocate, for the petitioner, Mr. Divyanshu Sahay, learned counsel for the State of U.P. and learned counsel for the de facto Complainant.
It appears that the petitioner and the de facto Complainant have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding on 14.01.2023, which is placed on record, as the dispute between them is partly civil in nature.
2 Therefore, the petitioner shall be released on bail, subject to such conditions, as may be imposed by the trial Court.
The Special Leave Petition stands disposed of.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
