2 At this stage, we see no reason to interfere with the impugned order. However, since, it is stated that the charge-sheet has been filed on 13.01.2022, we expect the Trial Court to the process of framing the charges and examine the material witnesses within a short period if charges are framed. It is made clear that if the said process of framing of the charges and examining the material witnesses is not completed within a period of four months from this day, the petitioner would be entitled to file a fresh application for grant of bail before the Trial Court, whereupon the Trial Court shall consider the same to release the petitioner on bail at that stage.
Petition is accordingly, disposed of.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
