It is undisputed fact that after being released on bail during the corona period, the accused-petitioner has not surrendered. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that 2 she has no instructions in the matter.
Learned standing counsel appearing for the State on the basis of instructions submits that the accused-petitioner has not surrendered. He prays for and is granted two weeks time to seek instructions in the matter and with respect to the whereabouts of the accused-petitioner. List after two weeks.
