O R D E R
Since the petitioner was in custody, delay is condoned.
Leave granted.
The Registry to secure the records.
Learned counsel for the appellant is also granted liberty to file the necessary documents in the Registry.
Having heard learned senior counsel for the applicant as also learned counsel for the respondent, though it is brought to our notice that the appellant has been in custody for about eight years, at this stage, we see no reason to entertain the application keeping in view the earlier conduct of the appellant.
However, if the appeal is not heard for a reasonable time, liberty is granted to file fresh application for bail at that stage.
Crl.M.P. 143136/2022 stands disposed of.
