UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
This is a case where the petitioners father has already been taken into custody in connection with FIR No. 116 of 2021 dated 11.04.2021 registered at Police Station Khusrupur, District Patna,Bihar. The incident, out of which FIR arises, relates to the death by electrocution of two minors when they got in touch with a live wire in an agricultural farm.
Since the father of the petitioner, who is the owner of the agricultural land, has already been taken into custody, the interim protection granted by this Court by order dated 13.07.2022 is made absolute till the disposal of the criminal case.
2 In the event of arrest of the petitioner in connection with the aforementioned FIR, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the trial court. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
In view of above, the Special Leave Petition is disposed of.
