UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
After the matter was argued for some time by Shri Mukul Rohatgi, learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners and this Court was not inclined to accept the submissions on behalf of the petitioners on default bail, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present Special Leave Petition with liberty to file regular bail application. The permission, as prayed for, is granted.

The Special Leave Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
As and when any regular bail application is filed and if not decided so far, the same be considered in accordance with law and on its own merits.
