During the hearing learned counsel submitted that the petitioner would apply for regular bail. In such event, the same 1 would be considered on its merits uninfluenced by the order in the present case. This Court is of the opinion that no case is made out for extension of interim bail.
The special leave petition is dismissed in terms of the above observations.
